Now it’s time to book your Consultation. No workout, No expectations. Just you and the coach, going over what your goals are and figuring out if we're even the right fit for you. While we maintain what we do works for everyone, we readily concede that it's not necessarily for everyone.
One of our professional coaches will contact you and schedule an appointment. This consultation is about 30 minutes in duration. We can meet at the gym, and you can do it alone or bring a friend with you. You can also do it over the phone if you like. There is no pressure to join. Just two people trying to figure out if we can build a future together, and help you become the person you want to be.

During this session you'll meet with a coach and they'll show you around. Next, they'll go over your goals and experience, and also layout what our expectations are of our clients. After all, this is a partnership based on mutual respect for each other's time and effort. From there, you will perform a basic warmup, while the coach assesses how you move, so they can give you just the right workout. After, you'll cool down for a bit, do some light stretching and you'll be on your way, likely feeling a little gassed, but energized!!
