CrossFit Kids is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and helps them to develop a lifelong love for fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are FUN and EXCITING!
Each class will consist of a warm-up, skill and game that will train children to be generally physically prepared, encompassing all ten general physical skills (strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and accuracy) and in doing so prepares them for the demands of life.
